The Manchester office of the international advertising agency won the account in a competitive pitch and has been briefed to create original and innovative key art for a range of productions, to be used across all indoor, outdoor, media and online marketing.
Previously known as Derby Playhouse, the theatre has a long and rich history of delivering high quality drama to audiences, with two theatre spaces under one roof. Arts Council England will be boosting its funding by 59% over the next four years, meaning more productions and more work with the local community and young people.
Emma Hogan, Head of Marketing at the theatre, comments: “I am incredibly excited to begin work with the team at AKA North. I have no doubt their industry expertise and enthusiasm will help drive the Derby Theatre brand forward and enable us to deliver fresh and innovative campaigns.”
