In April 2018 Launch Events NW, the organisers of Leigh Business Expo, launched their very own monthly business networking meetings in Leigh with aim to support local businesses ahead of the annual Expo. Now, just 7 months on, they’re adding further meetings to their networking portfolio with the addition of a Wigan event to be launched on Thursday 22nd November based at Office Bay Ltd.
This will then be followed by a full series of monthly networking events to be held in Wigan on the fourth Thursday of every month, between 10.00am and 12.00pm from January 24th 2019.
Zoe Morris-Jones from the Three Sisters Circuit, who regularly attends the Leigh networking, says of the meetings, “It is such a relaxed atmosphere from when you arrive and everyone is always so inviting. I have been attending the groups now for over 6 months and love every minute.”
Debra Long, Property Coach and Mentor, says, “From the welcome at the door through the opportunity to talk to other business owners to the knowledge gained from the guest speaker, it’s all high quality, well run and more importantly friendly.”
All types of businesses are welcome, from self-employed one-man bands to larger corporations. The main emphasis of these meetings is to build those all-important local relationships and generate warm leads for your business. Included in each meeting will be ‘60 Second Introductions’ followed by ‘Targeted Networking’ sessions and a 10 minute guest presentation, plus our attendee prize draw.
