PR and marketing agency Roland Dransfield PR has appointed Becki Ord as account director to further bolster its team at a senior level.
A former journalist, Becki joins Roland Dransfield from IPB Communications where she spent 13 years working with a diverse range of clients across B2B and B2C markets. She will head up a number of client accounts, while also taking an active role in new business development.
Joanna Craig has also been appointed as account executive to help support Roland Dransfield’s delivery of integrated communications campaigns. She brings to the team wide-ranging media experience gained during her two years in local news journalism and in her previous role at SLG Marketing.
These appointments follow a raft of new account wins for the agency.
The agency has been appointed to develop integrated PR, social media and content marketing campaigns for Cheshire luxury home builder PH Homes, fit-out contractors Workspace Design and Build and Reid Architects.
Roland Dransfield PR has also been appointed by Hermes Real Estate to relaunch the Citygate scheme on Mosley St as it’s brought to market later this month following significant refurbishment works.
Lisa Morton, managing director, said: “Becki is a highly experienced and multi-skilled PR account director with a proven track record of successfully representing public and private sector clients.
“Her wealth of PR and public affairs experience across property, construction, social housing, transport, energy and utilities will enhance our offer and ensure that we continue to provide exceptional commercial results for clients.
“Just like Jo, Becki comes from a journalism background and that journalistic ethos remains at the very core of our agency.
”These appointments demonstrate our ongoing commitment to investing in quality people to help support our growth plans.”
